All, pursuant to today’s discussion on community participation in Working Groups, following is a link to an analysis and presentation regarding participation that was prepared based on working group attendance records in 2009.  This data has not been refreshed, but I would speculate that participation overall is less even or consistent today than at that time, when there were fewer work efforts than are currently pending.
