Hi all,

Regarding the Motion for the WhoIs Disclosure System, it seems that the Resolution Item 3 is a bit unclear as to the point where the two years begins to run.  The language says “pending implementation and running”  Could a more definite start date for the two years be described?  Is it dependent on general availability to all registrars?
