I thought I have to read the SCCI one and discuss it with NCSG but was just reminded we have done this before in Jan actually. 

So yes I second the SCCI final report adoption.

The SCC motion for the consent agenda does not require a second, but the adoption of the Final Report of the Standing Committee on Continuous Improvement (SCCI) does.
