For what it is worth, I have looked at this document and although it does so good things for its relationship with the GNSO Council, the way it is written it is
very one sided towards Council. There should be more provisions in here about the GNSO Liaison working with the Working Group Leadership. For example, it could/should include:
Those are just a few thoughts from the top of my head based on my observations and having served previously as a liaison to PDPs as well as on the Council.
