Dear council members,

Knowing that some of you have expressed concerns about the board
and GAC sometimes bypassing the PDP process, I just wanted to
give you a small heads-up that Robert Hoggarth's slides on GAC
activities in San Juan included the point "GAC Discussion on the
evolving relationships with ICANN Board and ICANN Organization".
He did not talk to the point in his actual presentation.
