Dear Stephane, on behalf of the ICANN Board, I am pleased to extend an invitation to the GNSO Council members to join the Board for cocktails on Monday 12 March from 7:30pm to 8:30pm in Costa Rica. This is an informal setting in which to continue networking/relationship building. The members of the ASO/NRO who are in Costa Rica have also been invited to join the Board that evening. I know there are many demands on people's time at the ICANN meetings, but we hope to see the GNSO Council members that evening. Regards,
