A few reminders of prep for the two Council meetings scheduled on Wednesday 21 September 2022  at 13:15 MYT (05:15 UTC) and at 15:30 MYT (07:30 UTC) :

1. GNSO Council Monthly Meeting – for 2021-2022 Council members – 13:15 – 15:15 MYT

• This is outgoing council members’ last meeting. Incoming members are welcome to join the audience.
• Please review the GNSO Council meeting Cheat Sheet in order to help you prepare for the session and also provide your input in suggestion mode.
• All documents, presentations and slides mentioned on the Council agenda are listed on the Document wiki page for easy referral. If there are any topics you would like to see appear on future Council agendas, please do not hesitate to add them to the Council Topics Google doc.
• Please consult the Project Management Portfolio, in particular the Action Decision Radar and the Project List which have been updated for this month’s Council meeting.
• If you fear you may run into connectivity issues or may not make it on the call, please have an officer of your SG/C fill in the Council Absence Notification form.

2. GNSO Council Administrative meeting – for 2022 – 2023 Council members – 15:30 – 16:00 MYT

• This is the first Council meeting for incoming council members, outgoing members are welcome to join the audience.
• Please review GNSO Council Administrative agenda
• The Chair election will take place with a roll call vote. If you fear you may run into connectivity issues for those joining remotely,  please have an officer of your SG/C fill in the Council Absence Notification form.
