thanks, Olof.  I will spend some time reviewing it this week end. i don't have a comment on it at this point,other than to acknowledge that is very helpful to have received it. It will help to inform the council's considertiaon of what to do on the strategy and policy for new gTLDs in fulfillment of it's core role in any policy related to new gTLDs. . Marilyn
