ICANN has sent a new letter to the Article 29 Working Party, including questions such as: 

“Is there any additional information that ICANN could provide to put the WP29 in a position to issue a statement according to which the national supervisory authorities will not enforce the GDPR against ICANN and the contracted parties for a certain period of time and under certain to-be-negotiated conditions?”
