I would like to inform you of the 5 Dec 2024 letter from the ALAC Chair to the ICANN Board Chair, expressing support for the 29 Oct 2024 letter from the GNSO Chair to the ICANN Board Chair on the concerns regarding the Board's summary dismissal of the IPC's Request for Reconsideration.

The ALAC Chair's letter follows from a conversation between the leaderships of the ALAC and the IPC, as well as a GNSO call for support which was relayed informally.
