Here are the documents relating to the appointment of experts and advisors for the IDN Variant Project:

The call for experts to the 17 different Label Generation Ruleset (LGR) Panels (one for each identified language/script) that are currently being constituted, who will prepare a proposed LGR for that specific language/script – and whose output will be reviewed and synthesized by an Integration Panel - http://www.icann.org/en/resources/idn/variant-tlds/lgr-procedure-20mar13-en.pdf

Let us know if and when the Council would like to schedule the proposed "primer" on the IDN variant topic and ICANN's work on it, as well as the first of the proposed regular updates on the status of the Panels and Project. I've confirmed with our colleagues supporting the Project that the former can also be done in the form of a community-wide webinar for the GNSO, if preferred.
