Robin and all,
Oh well, checking the doc I realize that not only did I slot
your comments re legal rights under MOPO, I also had slotted your MOPO comments
under Community. Must have been late when I sorted them in that way –apologies.
I have rearranged in the attached (and changed D to G…).
Best regards
Olof

Hi Robin,
Thanks - and I obviously need a hearing aid… Would
appreciate your corrections, indeed!
Best

Hi Olof,
Thanks for pulling it together.
But it characterizes some of my comments incorrectly.
The points that I made under the heading of "legal
rights of others" are incorrectly labeled in this document as
"morality and public order" objections.
And several of my comments on the morality and public order
implementation guidelines are not listed here at all.
Also, it was Principle G I referred to on the applicants
freedom of expression rights, not Principle D as this document states.
Shall I send you my specific comments in written form to be
added into this report so it accurately reflects the concerns I stated?
Thank you,
Robin

Dear
Councilors,
As
stated earlier today, I’ve consolidated questions and comments raised
during the Saturday/Sunday New gTLD sessions in a draft, attached. I have
rearranged them in line with the Draft Applicant Guidebook modules (although
some comments relate to more than one module). I hope this can be useful for
Council’s further work in preparing joint or individual input to the
comment areas for the respective modules.
Very
best regards
Olof
