Dear Councilors,

You may have already seen, but I wanted to flag a blog post from Tripti about a Board proposal to utilize auction proceeds from the 2012 New gTLD Round to provide  up to half of the required funding (up to $5 million) for the Applicant Support Program. The Board invited input on their proposal and the Council may wish to do so.
