Attached is the Motion to refer IRTP Part C Privacy / Proxy Registrations Implementation Issues to PPSAI IRT which I am submitting at the request of the Registrar Stakeholder Group.  You will recall from prior discussions that the IRTP-C is devoid of any detail relating to how the addition/removal of a privacy/proxy service potentially triggers the 60-day inter-registrar transfer lock described in the Transfer Policy.
