Dear Councilors,

Please find the attached document that is intended to help support agenda Item 4: Prioritization of Upcoming Work. The staff team has tried to identify the potential next policy development efforts and to capture some of the components that may impact urgency and level of importance (which is by no means intended to be exhaustive). Because in most cases, it’s not readily apparent what the scope of the effort will be, we have elected to leave out anticipated level of effort.

The other thing to note is that you will see Priority vs Defer in the document. The Council will seek to determine an approach for each of the projects, taking into consideration community and staff resourcing constraints.
