Dear Community Leaders,

You may remember that I have asked for your input about topics that you think will be opened for Public Comment within the rest of 2011 back in
April.

Thank you so much for your input on this, this page is now up (together with the rest of the redesigned Public Comment Webpages at
http://www.icann.org/en/public-comment/ as announced) and can be viewed at:

http://www.icann.org/en/public-comment/upcoming-en.htm

Now, we would like to ask your review on an annual process to compile such lists for each year.
This relates to the ATRT Recommendation 21:  "The Board should request ICANN staff to work on a process for developing an annual work plan that
forecasts matters that will require public input so as to facilitate timely and effective public input."

Attached please find two files about such a process:

1. Process for Publishing Upcoming Public Comments (Phase I-Final).pdf:
This is the description of the process step by step, based on a calendar year.

2. Process for Publishing Upcoming Public Comments-Timeline (Phase I-Final).pdf:
This is a graphical representation of the same process mapped on a calendar year timeline.


As we will be seeking your review for possible upcoming topics each calendar year according to this draft process, please let us
know of your opinion about it, mainly if it is feasible for you or not. We hope to hear your response by 29 July 2011.
