My only comment is that in the last paragraph, we should ask the Board to engage with the IPC "AND" the GNSO Council on this topic. Per our call in December, a drafting team consisting of myself, Anne, Susan, Paul, and Kurt prepared the attached letter to Tripti on the RFR issue. Greg has reviewed this and this has his edits incorporated. Please review and let us know ASAP if you have any concerns so we can finalize this and get it sent off promptly.
