Just some additional information on the CSC Effectiveness Review Process.

Attached is a draft Template for the CSC Effectiveness Review that explains the intent of the review and elements of the CSC Charter that the Review Team will use as the basis for measuring effectiveness.

Apologies for not providing this earlier.

I can also report that the ccNSO Council adopted the draft Template during a recent Council meeting and appointed Debbie Monahan and Martin Boyle to represent the ccNSO.
