Also attached is a motion to terminate.  Thanks to Marika and to RDS leadership for their help on this.

I’m writing you in my capacity as interim co-chair of the Next Generation gTLD RDS to replace Whois PDP Working Group.  In light of the changed circumstances impacting the working group, the leadership team is of the unanimous opinion that the working group should be terminated in accordance with article 15 in Annex 2 of the GNSO operating procedures.  Therefore, following those procedures, the leadership team is delivering to you as GNSO council liaison the attached Termination Summary on behalf of the working group for consideration by the GNSO council.
