Thank you for circulating the updated draft Motion on Registration Data Accuracy.  I appreciate Council Leadership taking on board the concerns raised at our last meeting. 

 I would like to propose a small number of amendments to the draft Motion, as indicated in the attached redline, which I hope will be acceptable as friendly.  The purpose of the proposed amendments is to:

• provide additional background on the genesis of the Staff Assessment as part of the record, by means of the added Recital;
• give some additional information about the four scenarios and their relationship to the ASP’s recommendations; and
• make it clearer that numbered sub-paragraphs 1-6 are conclusions drawn by Org in that Staff Assessment, not the conclusions of Council.
