Regarding Urgent Requests, I think Sebastien and I volunteered in the Feb 12 three way with the GAC and the Board reps to participate with the GAC PSWG and that Farzaneh also followed up to add her name to that list. 

Sebastien had sent an email adding the "Urgent Requests" topic to coordination with the GAC PSWG a few days ago.  So under the last item for improving communications, that is Informal Topic Lead Discussions, I would add Urgent Requests.

      Update on GNSO’s ongoing discussion of this issue.
    1. Accuracy
      The GAC wanted an update on our process. We will be discussing this topic at ICANN 83
  1. SubPro IRT
    The GAC submitted public comments to the last portion of the AGB submitted in December. They would like to confirm their support in the process.
  1. Latin Diacritics PDP
    The GAC is happy to receive updates. They received our invitations to participate and GAC members will likely be participating.
  1. Improved Communications 
    1. Informal Topic Lead Discussions
      At our SPS, we discussed topic leads on certain subjects. The two topics identified thus far are:
      • Human Rights
      • Internet Governance (WSIS)
