Dear GNSO Councilors,

I wanted to provide some clarification to the revised Project Change Request and WG work plan/timeline for your consideration.  While I believe it is accurate to state that Kathy Kleiman supports a Change Request, please note that Kathy was preparing for an event this week related to her work and was unable to fully review the final draft of the Change Request before its submission by the document deadline.  She may have points that she would like to make individually, which I would be happy to pass along.

Kind regards,

John

Dear GNSO Councilors,

On behalf of Brian Beckham, Phil Corwin, and Kathy Kleiman, RPMs PDP WG Co-Chairs, and John McElwaine, GNSO Council Liaison to the WG, please see the attached revised Project Change Request and WG work plan/timeline for your consideration for the agenda of the GNSO Council Meeting on 20 February.  As you may recall, the Co-Chairs and Liaison provided a draft of a Project Change Request for consideration at the GNSO Council meeting on 23 January.  Following that meeting and a subsequent meeting with the GNSO Council leadership, the Co-Chairs have revised the Project Change Request and work plan/timeline.  In the revised Project Change Request the delivery of the Final Report to the GNSO Council changes from the end of August 2020 to mid-October 2020 to allow a full 5 months for the WG to review public comments to the Initial Report.

Kind regards,

Julie
