Please find attached the latest version of the GNSO Council’s Program Suite for the meeting on 19 November 2020. Per the agenda, the Council will not review these tools in detail. However, after your preliminary review in advance of the meeting and should you find an area that you have questions or parts that need clarification, please send your questions or comments to the mailing list.

Key Structural Changes of the Program Suite:

• Program Management Tool (PMT):
• The tool now contains the same Program management color coding of the PL and ADR. The first two pages of the PMT PDF are a summary view, while the remaining four are the fully expanded Program/Project/Task details.
• Action/Decision Radar (ADR):
• The ADR also contains the Program color code and the Project Code to maintain continuity across the tools.
• Project List (PL):
• The summary page has adapted to reflect the program that the project belongs to and the Programs are now color coded.
• The “0 – Planning” section of the PL Summary Page is now a single line item which acts as a pointer to the PMT and ADR tools where planning is housed. The quantity of the “0 – Planning” section, as depicted on the graph, is based on an initial count of current items on the ADR “0 Month to 1 Month” range marker by non-PDP and PDP.
• The “1 – Issue Identification” section of the graph is a count of the GNSO Council Action Items and projects in this phase.
• Action Items (AIs):
• On this wiki page, you will see the new format and we’ve left the old format for comparison purposes further down the page. This design keeps the continuity of the Program and Projects. It will also allow the leadership team to better quantify the activity and increase accountability for completing these by set due dates.

Key Project Changes for this Period:

• New projects added for the Accuracy Scoping Team and the EPDP-P2A.
• RPM WG Status upgraded to “At-Risk” as the consensus call is now complete.
• IGO Curative Rights Protection Mechanism Status changed to On-hold due to recent Board resolution.
• Next month, the IRP_IOT project will be removed from the PL and managed on the AIs, as this effort is largely outside of the GNSO Council.
• The SCBO is expected to meet the week of the 16^th to review the PTI/IANA draft FY21 budget.
• SSC is reconfirming its membership.
• Action/Decision Radar:
• No substantive changes since the October version, but many updates will occur for December.
