I have added in this redline some conditional language in the reference to the new WHOIS IAG to make clear that this group's mandate isn't established until Council approves.

Also, two questions:

Is there a reason for specifically naming the WT5 co-leads in SubPro, but not the co-leads of other WTs?
If we keep the names of the WT5 co-leads in the list, we need to note that Christopher Wilkinson has stepped down.
