staff have sent to the Board the results of the GNSO Council vote on the STI report.

On behalf of the Board, I want to thank both the GNSO Council, through you Chuck as its Chair, for its rapid response to the Board's request, and the STI Working Group, through you David, as its chair, for its intense and thoughtful work on these important matters.
