All,

On the call today, there seemed to be interest from some members of Council to start discussions on the provision of proxy/privacy services.  This could include discussions of under what circumstances is it appropriate to relay information sent to the proxy/privacy service provider and when is it appropriate to relay information?  Should there be an accreditation process for these providers?  Should there be a special agreement governing those services, etc.

Lets get this discussion started so that we can help frame a possible request for an issue report to get a pdp started.
