As we work on ICANN63 planning I would like to propose a way to get both the current and incoming Councils together in a relaxed setting - without having to identify trends ;)

In place of the traditional dinner, we could seize the local tradition of tapas, and get together as Councils 2018 and 2019. 

Based on the GNSO calendar, the best timing seems to be Saturday from 1900-2030.
