As announced just now in the wrap-up, a draft assignment form has been drafted. This assignment form is limited to just the triage exercise. Please let us know if any revisions are needed for the form.

As also just noted, staff will capture the names of the Councilors who have volunteered on the Council list and document them on the Wiki.
