[council] Need for partial ICANN travel support for Cairo meeting

All, In the interest of completeness, I provide below a statement of need. Please note that my needs are limited to hotel only. I need partial travel support (hotel only) in order to attend the ICANN meeting in Cairo. My employer has agreed to cover all of my other travel expenses (airfare, meals, etc.). The relevant budget, however, simply cannot extend to cover hotel expenses. Kristina Rosette
