members,
we have wittered on
for years about the fact the PDP procedures are unsuited to the work of
Council.
I propose we do
something about it.
Nothing coming out
of the LSE review of the GNSO (sic) will change the fact we need to change
them.

proposed Council resolution for consideration at a forthcoming
meeting.
