Dear Councilors,

The written version of the presentation made to the Council at the Thursday meeting by Charlotte Lindsey Curtet, representative of the Red Cross, is attached for your review. We will be circulating the Action Items list from the meeting shortly, which will include the Chairs’ suggestion for next steps on the topic as well as clarifications concerning a number of points raised by the Red Cross during their presentation.
