Dear Board Ops team,

I hope you are all well and staying safe.

Please find attached the correspondence from GNSO Council leadership to Maarten Botterman, Chair, ICANN Board regarding response on the Next Steps on EPDP Phase 1 Recommendation 7 Implementation and Thick WHOIS Transition Policy.

Please note, that Keith Drazek, Chair, GNSO Council has recused himself from this response to the ICANN Board’s 11 March letter on Rec 7 and Thick WHOIS Transition Policy and further deliberations on this policy topic to avoid any conflicts of interest. Therefore, this letter is from the GNSO Council Vice-Chairs, Rafik Dammak and Pam Little on behalf of the GNSO Council.

The letter will be posted shortly on the GNSO Correspondence page: https://gnso.icann.org/en/council/correspondence

Thank you,

With kind regards,

Terri
