I'm unable to locate the original draft of the NCAP SOI to which I referred in the Town Hall meeting today.  (I no longer have access to ALL the files previously maintained at my former workplace.)

I have followed up with the NCAP Co-Chairs to see if they have a record of that draft document.  My recollection is that when it was presented in an open meeting, a number of objections were raised (mostly by NON lawyers) to the level of disclosure that was required so that is the reason I say it was more detailed than the final product for the NCAP specific SOI disclosure.
