Dear Councilors,

Please find attached the GNSO Council Privacy and Proxy Services Accreditation Issues (PPSAI) Small Team's responses to the PPSAI IRT’s Threshold Questions. Thank you very much to the Small Team members and especially Paul McGrady, the Small Team Lead, for their diligent and speedy work on responses to these questions. Paul will be presenting these answers during the upcoming GNSO Council meeting at ICANN84, but please be sure to review these prior to the next meeting. When reviewing these responses, please keep in mind that a representative group worked together to agree to the compromise language.
