Dear Stephane:I'm responding to this from the Miami Airport, enroute to Belize on assignment. I too was disappointed that the JAS group was not represented at the Council. Unfortunately for me, the real business of making a living intervened and prevented my connection.
I note you invitation for the May 19th meeting and will certainly put it on my agenda. In the event a higher priority matter comes about, I shall do my best to vice one of my colleagues to the meeting.
