Per the action item 10.4 of our Council Meeting in September, I should work with staff to identify the proposed approach of reviewing the Council Continuous Improvement Pilot..

As always, our wonderful staff have done an excellent job of drafting up the approach and I feel ashamed to take the credit from them. Please find the document attached and be ready to share your feedback in our next meeting (or work sessions) in Hamburg. Feedback on the mailing list is also welcome!
