I thought you might find it helpful, in advance of the GNSO Council call on October 6, to have confirmation that I have been in email communication with Tim Ruiz and Mason Cole (as well as my US GAC colleague) regarding the original opening paragraph in the Registrar Constituency motion outlining a proposed approach to addressing LEA concerns that have been endorsed by the GAC as the motion has neither been reviewed nor endorsed by either the GAC or their respective LEA representatives.  Please feel to contact me should you have any questions in this regard.
