Dear Councilors,

At last Council meeting we discussed the ICANN Board letter re: Urgent Requests for disclosure of registrant data. There was general consensus that the Board had highlighted legitimate concerns and more work should be done on this topic. To that end, there was a suggestion to hold a meeting with the Board, GAC, and Council to identify paths forward. The attached letter proposes this next step to the Board. Please review and bring any concerns to our August meeting (we are adding the letter as an AOB item).
