Hi Maxim and All,

Council leadership and staff will send out materials on Friday in preparation for the extraordinary meeting next week. The Program Management/Action-Decision Radar tool that Steve quickly discussed at the last Council call requires proper context to understand how this works in practice. Thus, the leadership team will be recording a demonstration of the tool this Thursday for Council members to review prior to the extraordinary call.

Items that will be distributed:

Zoom recording of the PM/ADR tool including demonstration of a few project examples that are before the Council. It may include other items to consider by the Council leadership. We don’t expect this to be longer than 30-40 minutes.
A PDF of the Program Management tool and Action-Decision Radar document for July 2020
Links to EPDP-P1 Rec#27 Proposed Next Steps Report, the IDN Scoping Report, and other materials that may be useful to help the Council prepare for near-term decisions.
