- proposed posting status report for public comment, followed by staff summary of comments

If Jen's letter raises any questions for you and your SG/Cs please could you say so in time for document deadline on the 4th March so that we can incorporate this as a discussion item in the San Juan Council agenda and try to work the schedule to enable Jen and/or team to join us for that agenda item.
