Dear Chair and Colleagues,

I would like to apologize to have joined the meeting late this morning. As explained to Nathalie this morning, I have got an emergency situation with my son and I needed to handle it at the very last minute.  I did not want to disturb the course of the meeting this morning, that is why I am only writing to you guys now.

Everything is now fine, we are back home.
