Item 2: COUNCIL DISCUSSION - Proposal of SubPro Small Team Triage Exercise (100 Minutes)

Action Items:

1. Staff support team & small team to work on clarifying info, speaking points and rationale in preparation for the Council meeting with ICANN Board on 22 May. (10 May)
2. Small Team to consider Board feedback and determine if/how proposed triage actions need to be updated. (22 May)
3. Staff/leadership to develop a proposed timeline for addressing pending recommendations.
4. Small team to brief Council on proposed updates to earlier triage (if applicable). (02 June)
5. Council to confirm remaining actions / next steps and proposed timeline. (05 June)
6. Council to finalize deliverables for the Board. (11 June)
