At its meeting last Thursday, the GNSO Council approved sending of the IRTP B Rec 9 part 2 report to the Board.

In my capacity as Chair of the Council, I am therefore forwarding the report to you in your capacity as Chairman of the ICANN Board, and asking you to share that report with the Board.
