Please find attached for the GNSO Council’s review and consideration, a draft motion to initiate a PDP on the Protection of the Names of International Organizations.   

Also attached is an updated Final Issue Report.  The only changes relate to cleaning up the use of certain definitions (using INGOs of NGOs).
