I was in a meeting with Chris Disspain earlier today and he asked that we encourage attendance at the Review of Reviews Prep Week session later today (1800 UTC).  This will set the background for the in-person sessions in Dublin, and serve to introduce the first draft of a Purpose Statement for reviews.
