as it may happen that some of you cannot arrive in time to the weekend sessions due to the part-time closure of BA airport I’d like to ask you responding with your weekend attendance status.

Hopefully you’ll all arrive safely and in time – but in case of delays we would like to optimize the agenda accordingly.
