To assist you and your respective communities in following the GAC-GNSO facilitated discussion tomorrow (Saturday 11 March) on the Red Cross, please find attached the most recent version of the Problem Statement that was developed by Bruce Tonkin (the Board-designated facilitator) assisted by ICANN staff, incorporating comments from the GAC and GNSO representatives on prior versions.

The Red Cross discussion is from 08.30 – 10.00 tomorrow (Saturday) in Hall C1.4 (the GNSO Room).
