Please find attached the EPDP-Phase 2 Project Package that closes out July of 2020 (FY2020) including the deliverable of the EPDP-P2 Final Report.

Key Highlights:

• Project Timing, Status and Health:
• Project duration is listed at 100% which reflects a revised completion date of 31 July 2020.
• Percent complete is 97%. While the Final report was delivered to the GNSO Council on 31 July, the remaining 3% are tasks for consideration of the Final Report by the GNSO Council and ICANN Board, including the final determination by the GNSO Council on how to address the remaining Priority 2 items.
• Status has returned to “Revised Schedule”.
• Health was returned to “On-Target” now that EPDP-P2 has concluded.
• Project Budget:
• The EPDP-P2 was granted $760,000 following two resource requests from the GNSO Council to the ICANN Board.
• ICANN Org’s fiscal year closed 30 June 2020 for which the remaining budget was credited back to ICANN Org’s reserve fund.
• 44% or $332,249 of the budget was utilized for professional services and travel. $427,751 budget remained.
• Of the $300K committed for travel, $135,038 was expensed.
• Of the $300K committed for legal services, $111,899.35 was invoiced and paid.
• The remainder of expenses were used for facilitation and remote participation services.
