Thanks Nathalie.  To: Sebastien and others on Council.  Having just participated in the ICANN Webinar of the WhoIs Disclosure System, I am wondering whether the Small Team that has been working on this could bring the Design Paper to the full Council for discussion. There were a number of comments from registrars re increasing utility of the system in order to encourage voluntary participation.

 

Will the WhoIs Disclosure System be on the agenda for the October 20 meeting?
