Dear all,

We are still waiting on a few councilors to confirm attendance for the Council dinner! Dinner will cost 60$ per person (including taxes, not the tip) and includes a welcome drink (Either passion fruit white sangria, red Caribbean sangria, soft drink, house red or white wine), a selection of appetizers, a main and a side (to be chosen in advance) and dessert.

Please choose one main dish and one side from the list below:

Mains:

Grilled bell pepper stuffed with quinoa & vegetables (vegetarian)
Breaded chicken breast stuffed with cheese, chorizo, spinach
Stuffed avocado with Mahi Mahi in garlic coconut cream
Avocado stuffed with quinoa and vegetables (vegetarian)

Sides:

Fried sweet plantain
Beans and rice cooked in pork fat
Taro and cassava (local root vegetables) mash

Staff will be assisting with Uber cabs at the main entrance of the conference centre right after the end of the last meeting (18h30). For those who can only join us later:

Michele Neylon has very kindly offered to arrange the informal Council dinner on Saturday 10 March 2018 at 19:00 local time in San Juan which will allow you to join other events afterwards.

We’ll be having dinner at Casita Miramar[tripadvisor.com] (Ave. Miramar #605, Esq. Calle McKinley, San Juan, Puerto Rico). Further information regarding pricing and menu will follow.

The restaurant is a 15 min car ride from the convention centre. We advise Uber which is efficient and reliable in Puerto Rico.
